15GRMS does not collect any data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. The app does not send anything anywhere, because it has no server to send it to. The only third party you can reach from it is the feedback form, and only if you choose to open it.
Everything you create in 15GRMS stays on your device:
This information is written to your device's local storage. The app never transmits it, never backs it up to us, and we could not access it even if asked, because it has nowhere to send it.
The one way anything leaves your phone is if you choose to send it. Settings contains an Export journal option, which writes your journal as a JSON file and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there, Files, Mail, AirDrop or anywhere else, is entirely your choice, and a copy you export is outside this policy because it is no longer in the app's hands.
The app makes no network requests. Recipes and fonts are bundled inside the app itself, so it works fully offline, including in a kitchen with no signal.
The one exception is a link you tap yourself. Settings contains links to this policy, to the support page and to the feedback form. Tapping one leaves the app and opens the page in Safari, and from that point the site you have opened applies its own privacy policy, not this one. The app is not involved in that request and learns nothing about it.
The feedback form is worth naming specifically, because it is the only third party service involved anywhere. It is hosted by Tally. If you open and submit it, Tally receives whatever you type and, like any web server, your IP address. The form asks what your message is about and what it says, and nothing else is required: both the email address and the device details are optional, so you can report a problem without telling us who you are. Leave an email address only if you would like a reply.
If you allow notifications, 15GRMS schedules them locally on your device so that each brewing step can alert you while your screen is off. These are created and delivered entirely by your device's operating system. No notification content is sent over the internet, and we receive no record that a notification was scheduled or shown.
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or health data.
15GRMS is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
You can delete individual brews by swiping a row in the Journal, or from a brew's detail screen. Deleting the app from your device removes everything it has stored, permanently and immediately. We hold no copy, because we never received one. Any file you exported yourself is yours to delete wherever you put it.
If a future version of the app adds optional accounts or syncing, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described here rather than applied quietly.
